Before you reach for your phone in the morning, take 30 seconds to check in with yourself.

Ask yourself:

  • How does my body feel right now? (tension, heaviness, lightness)
  • What is my energy level on a scale of 1–10?
  • Is there anything I'm carrying from yesterday?

You don't need to fix anything — just notice. Awareness of your stress level before the day starts gives you a choice in how you respond to it rather than react from it.

💡 Keep a simple note in your phone or journal: just a number (1–10) and one word describing how you feel. Over weeks, patterns emerge that reveal your real stress triggers.
